As seen by the smiles and excitement on the faces of our youth in the picture below, the visit was a success. Sharlie will be making visits to cities and towns in and around the Boston area as part of his new "Sharlie Joseph Soccer Academy" program that he recently launched.

HELP!!! WE NEED YOU!
As with most programs, we have a team of volunteers that do most of the work required
to run the Waltham Youth Soccer Program. These volunteers work very hard, but we always need more
folks to help out. WYS had their annual elections meeting this Summer and installed some
new board members as well as returning members. New faces are always a welcome site and greatly
appreciated. We look forward to another exciting season, but will need help along the way.
We urge parents and coaches to please consider helping the WYS League by getting involved. You
don't have to be a board member to help out. Just someone that wants to see the best possible
program for our youth.
To find out more, please come to a monthly board meeting. The WYS Board meets on the first Monday
of every month at the Falzone Field Shack AT 7:00 PM. WE NEED YOU TO HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
If you can't make it to a board meeting and would like to help out, please send an email to the WYS President
